INSIDE THE WALKTHROUGH
Open an employee record and choose Documents from the employee navigation. This page brings together secured employee files and links to tax and payroll documents. We are viewing Jordan Lee’s fictional record. Secured documents are private to authorized workspace staff, while the secured mailbox is available through its own button.
Choose Add secured document to expand the upload form. Give the file a useful document name, such as Signed employment agreement. The document picker accepts PDF, JPEG, or PNG files up to ten megabytes. This upload is private to workspace staff. It is a saved employee file, not a message to the employee.
You can add an optional review date alongside the document name. In this example, we have entered January fifth, twenty twenty-seven. Select the file from your computer, check the details, then choose Save secured document. The saved record will display the review date so you can find it alongside the file information.
After a document is saved, its entry shows the document name, who saved and uploaded it, the original filename, file size, and any review date. Use Preview to open the file or Download to retrieve it. Keeping a clear name makes the document easier to recognize when you return to the employee record.
The Tax and payroll documents section stays separate from secured uploads. Signed tax forms and opening payroll evidence appear here when attached to their records. Jordan’s example has no such documents yet, so Add tax forms is available. Employment status and ROE history has its own link; ROE preparation is available for employees on leave or offboarded.
