Free manual payroll and optional automated services.
01Your Free Plan
Every workspace includes unlimited employees, contractors, manual T4/T4A, manual ROE and manual pay runs. A payment method is saved during workspace setup for optional usage; manual payroll remains free. The Free Plan replaces all three previous plans.
02Optional automated payments
Automated Employee, Contractor + Tax payments cost $6 per employee or contractor per automated pay run. These fees are billed monthly with optional filing fees. Manual pay runs are free. Wages and tax remittances are separate from service fees.
03One-time payment setup
The existing Stripe/GoCardless automated-payment setup charge is $25 once per workspace/business. It is charged during bank setup, never as an additional signup or monthly-invoice fee.
04Optional filing services
Automatic ROE costs $5 per document. Automatic T4 and T4A cost $15 per document each. Availability is shown in your workspace. Manual filing has no issuance charge. All prices are CAD before applicable taxes.
05Payment methods and invoices
Open Workspace billing to save a payment method for optional services, see monthly usage and review invoices. No optional usage means no monthly usage invoice. Historical invoices remain available. Contact support for billing adjustments.
