Free Timesheet Calculator
Turn a week of shifts into a clear total. Add clock-in and clock-out times, subtract unpaid breaks, and export a time card.

HOW IT WORKS
Use the timesheet calculator
- Enter a start and end time for each worked day. Leave unused days blank.
- Enter unpaid breaks in minutes. Check “Next day” for a shift ending after midnight.
- Calculate the total, then download a CSV for your records. An hourly rate is optional.
A worked example
Five shifts from 09:00 to 17:00, each with a 30-minute unpaid break, total 37 hours 30 minutes (37.5 decimal hours). At $25 an hour, straight-time gross pay is $937.50.
What this tool includes
This time-card calculator adds minutes before converting the weekly total to decimal hours. It does not round each shift to a billing increment. The optional wage estimate applies one hourly rate to every paid minute, so it is a straight-time estimate rather than a completed payroll calculation.
Common questions
Does this calculate overtime?
No. It totals hours and straight-time gross pay only. Overtime thresholds, exemptions, holiday pay, premiums and deductions must be reviewed separately for the applicable employment rules.
Can I enter an overnight shift?
Yes. Select Next day on that row. For example, 22:00 to 06:00 the next day is eight hours before breaks.
Do you store my time card?
No. These inputs stay in this page in your browser. Download your CSV before leaving or refreshing the page.
